Digital marketing and CRM within the arts and cultural sector
A report for Arts Council England to look at how arts and cultural organisations can learn from best practice in digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) by organisations outside the sector. It considers two questions in particular:
- What are the most effective ways in which to undertake digital marketing to better understand and engage audiences?
- Which practical indicators could be adopted to help track and demonstrate progress?
Our key recommendation for a Digital Marketing Academy has now been established by the Arts Marketing Association.
Encouraging Digital Access to Culture
A highly influential paper commissioned by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) aimed at helping the cultural sector to use digital technologies to better engage the public. This report gives a clear view of the way we approach digital projects and collaborations and was supported by a series of events for leaders and senior managers in the sector.
